This is a delightful cottage located in a tucked away, rural setting, with glorious Kentish countryside, and the coast just 3.5 miles away. It was once two cottages and is now one spacious comfortable, high standard holiday home.

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room with an open working fireplace, comfortable seating, TV, DVD and CD player/radio, games and books
Dining Room with table and chairs and French doors leading to the rear garden
Bedroom 1 with a single bed , hanging cupboard and bedside table
Kitchen well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer,coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine
Bedroom 2 with a 4ft 6" double bed, hanging cupboard and 

En-Suite Shower Room with shower, washbasin and w.c.

First Floor:
Bedroom 3 with a double bed (this room also interconnects with one of the twin rooms)
Bedroom 4 with twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in cupboard
Bedroom 5 with twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in cupboard

Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: To the rear there is a large mature garden and garden terrace with teak table and chairs, loungers and barbecue. At the front there is a pretty cottage style garden with seating.
Parking: For a maximum of three cars at the front of the property.
Heating: Storage and electric heaters throughout.
